Acceptance of Terms:

• By using our website, WCCSINDIA.IN, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our services immediately.

Payment Terms:

• Our payments start from 150 rupees, and all payments are non-refundable.
• If anyone takes a franchise, a Franchise Registration Fee of ₹1000 is mandatory, which is also non-refundable under any circumstances.

Usage of Services:

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on our platform or availing of our services.
• Unauthorized use of the website or any breach of these terms may lead to legal action.

Intellectual Property:

All content on this platform, including text, design, graphics, and logos, are the property of SURASHI INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD. Any unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.

Franchise Responsibilities:

• Franchises must provide accurate details of their institute and maintain up-to-date information.
• All student data uploaded must be authentic and verified by the franchise.
• Franchisees must follow the branding, pricing, and operational policies set by WCCS.
• Certificates issued must not be altered, rebranded, or forged under any circumstances.

Use of SMS Notification System:

• The SMS notification system provided by WCCS is strictly for informing students about registration, payment confirmation, exam updates, and certification status.
• Franchise centers are not allowed to use the SMS system for promotional content, personal messaging, or unrelated communication.
• All SMS sent through the platform are recorded. Any misuse or complaint from a student will be taken seriously and may result in access being revoked or franchise suspension.
• Only verified student contact numbers should be used to prevent spam or unauthorized messaging.
• Repeated misuse of the SMS system will lead to strict action, including legal steps or permanent franchise ban.
• Franchises must not misuse the SMS feature for spamming, marketing, or sending unauthorized messages. Violations will result in strict action.

Prohibited Activities:

• Franchises are not allowed to use the platform for unrelated courses or services.
• Any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or replicate the website or services is strictly forbidden.
• Fraudulent activity, including fake student registrations or payments, will lead to immediate termination and legal action.

Data Privacy & Student Protection:

• Franchisees must not share student information (phone numbers, documents, exam results) with third parties.
• All student records remain the property of WCCS and may be audited at any time.
• Student privacy must be respected. Any misuse of student data is a serious violation.

Certificate Issuance Policy:

• Certificates will only be issued to students who have completed training, submitted required documents, and passed assessments.
• Any fraudulent request for certificate generation will lead to permanent blacklisting of the franchise.

Communication & Support:

• All official communication must be through Website Franchise Message Section of WCCS.

Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our platform and services.

Modification of Terms:

These terms may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Governing Law:

All disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and under the jurisdiction of the courts in Fatikroy, Unakoti, Tripura.
